This Terms and Conditions statement ("Agreement") applies to all services and digital tools offered by StrideArc Consulting, including the ARC Start – Access (Free), ARC Start – Advisor, ARC Start – Pro, Advisory Services, and any associated resources, documents, or materials delivered through our website, online tools, digital downloads, and consulting engagements.

By accessing or using any of our tools, services, downloads, or consulting programs, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Use of Materials

All content, frameworks, assessments, videos, downloads, and documentation are the intellectual property of StrideArc Consulting. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your own internal business or educational purposes. Redistribution, resale, public presentation, or sharing of any part of the materials, in original or modified form, without written consent is prohibited.

Service Descriptions & Disclaimers

StrideArc Consulting offers educational, strategic, and advisory support. We do not act as legal, financial, or licensed professional engineers or contractors. All recommendations and tools are for informational and strategic planning purposes. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any decisions based on our services or tools.

Clients may choose to access ARC Start – Advisor, ARC Start – Pro, or Advisory Services directly at any time. These offerings are not restricted to users who begin with ARC Start – Access (Free).

StrideArc Consulting may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in summarizing inputs, analyzing responses, and generating draft reports or recommendations. These tools support—but do not replace—expert review. For ARC Start – Advisor and ARC Start – Pro tiers, all draft outputs are reviewed by one or more contributing advisors before delivery.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for evaluating how any tools, recommendations, or deliverables apply to your business or project. StrideArc is not liable for project outcomes, team decisions, or third-party actions based on use of our services.

Access & Availability

StrideArc makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep its tools, downloads, and online systems operational, but makes no guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, revise, or discontinue any tools, pages, or features at any time.

Free access to ARC Start – Access tools requires only an email and consent to receive ongoing communications. Access to ARC Start – Advisor, ARC Start – Pro, and Advisory Services requires successful payment and confirmation of plan or service selection.

Payments & Refunds

All fees for advisory services or tool access are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment must be received before access is granted to ARC Start – Advisor, ARC Start – Pro, or related consulting engagements. Clients may select any paid tier or advisory service directly without first participating in ARC Start – Access.

Third-Party Services

Some features or support tools may integrate with or rely on third-party services. While we evaluate providers before using their platforms, we are not responsible for their security, functionality, or data handling. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Data Usage for AI Improvement

By submitting content, responses, or feedback through ARC Start tools or related services, you grant StrideArc Consulting a non-exclusive right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve its digital tools, including AI-driven analysis and report generation. No personally identifiable information or project-specific identifiers will be disclosed or shared externally.

Limitation of Liability

StrideArc Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools, consulting, or services. Our maximum liability, regardless of form of action, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in Boulder County, Colorado.
